Before you book
Do I need to provide cleaning products?+
Please confirm any special product or equipment requirements when booking. You can also add instructions in the booking notes.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
Not necessarily. If you will not be home, provide safe and clear access instructions when booking.
How long will my cleaning take?+
Service time depends on the property size, service selected, condition of the home and any add-ons.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
Yes. Rescheduling and cancellation are subject to The Bellmere Collection Service & Booking Policy.
Do you clean high windows?+
No. For worker safety, Bellmere only cleans easily reachable windows and does not service high windows or windows requiring unsafe access.
How does the deposit work?+
Your booking summary shows the amount due before payment. The required deposit secures the booking, with the remaining balance handled according to the Service & Booking Policy.
Can I request a custom quote?+
Yes. Extra-large or unusual jobs that require a custom quote will not be treated as R0 services. Contact Bellmere on WhatsApp for pricing before payment.
